We use ONE pdf to close with. Of course we take the time to educate clients on benefits but think about the time and space they’re in— everything is a lot. Whether right after a regular beauty treatment, or postOp, or body contouring, clients are in a post-service haze and half the stuff you say goes over their heads even if all of it is important.
Using a visual helped us take our closing rate from 42% to 96%. And? It gives you something you can give/text to them that won’t cost you any money (gotta love the financial perks of going green!)
